- Sanitized sample input: The text, JSON snippet, file type, or values that triggered the failure. Remove anything sensitive.
- Browser & OS: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, or Android.
- Console error: Any error shown in the browser's developer tools console.
- Expected vs actual: What the tool should have produced, and what it produced instead.
